Carriage lamps or lanterns add the feeling of an earlier time to a home. This style of sturdy lanterns were originally used on road coaches and carriages of the 18th and 19th centuries to provide safety and illumination, and were illuminated by candles. In later years carriage lamps that were used for house decoration were illuminated with oil or gas. Today they are all electrified.

The smaller version of the original coach light, these iron lights are built by hand, painted by hand, and finished with hand-cut glass. Due to the nature of being handmade, dimensions can vary slightly.
